Returns & Refunds
All of our items come with a 30-day return policy. During this time any unused merchandise can be returned at the customer's expense for a full refund.
All of our items come with a 1-years manufacturer's warranty. During this time we will replace and/or assist in repairing any items deemed damaged during shipping or defective from the manufacturer. This warranty does not include wear from normal use and/or damage due to incorrect use of the product.

- 1. I just purchased an item from you, when will it ship?
If purchased by 12:00pm PST on a business day, it will more than likely ship the same day, otherwise, it will usually ship the next business day.
- 2. My item has been marked as shipped and I have a tracking # but it is not showing in the FedEx/UPS shipping system, what went wrong?
Once a label is printed and we have staged your item for FedEx/UPS to pick-up from our warehouse, it will typically take up to 24 hours for it to show up in FedEx/UPS tracking system. If after 24 hours your shipping information has not been updated, you can contact our customer service department for further assistance.
- 3. Can you ship to my country / PO Box / Hawaii / Alaska / Puerto Rico / APO?
At this time we only offer shipping to a physical street address located in the 48 continental states and Ontario, Canada
- 4. How long will it take to get my item?
Currently, all orders are shipped through our west coast warehouses by FedEx or UPS ground transportation. Your product(s) will take one to seven business days to arrive, (unless there is an unforeseen weather challenge). West coast orders usually arrive within three business days and east coast orders within seven business days.
