The gas springs in one arm does not work correctly. For the price, there should not be performance issues. I do not recommend this product.

I caught a lot of flack from my computer guy for buying this without prior counsel, but when he saw it, he was pleased at my purchase decision. I love it. I am using dual 27" thin bezel screens and this works perfectly.

Well made stand, but the black pieces that are used for cable management are kinda flimsy. Especially the bottom one on the arm. It's just sitting there so I'm not touching it. Holds my Dell U3415W up pretty good. Does not move unless I move it. I don't use the jacks but use the usb for my mouse/keyboard combo (monitor has a passthrough).5/4/2016 - One of the plastic clips on black covers broke. Ugh. You just lost a star. I moved the stand too.

Heavy-duty support. If you need the monitor to tilt down instead of up, you can easily remove the head and flip it over.

This is a very high quality and well made monitor mount. The articulation is smooth and fluid. Once you find the spot you like, it stays put.I am currently using this mount for a 27 inch samsung, and it is working perfectly. The mount is made of aircraft grade aluminum and not some cheap plastic. I appreciate quality and I think this will do a good job for me for a long time. It is held in place / hovers via gas strut mechanisms. The mounting pattern is standard VESA 75X75/100X100 and fits most 10''-27'' monitors

Amazed that it can hold my old 21" iMac steady, but it does. The only slight issue was that the directions didn't talk about the fact that it is much easier to get set up if you loosen the top spring, which otherwise is set to hold maximum weight. It's was easier for me to set up when I set it for minimum weight and then I could manipulate the positioning of the top half of the arm easier, but I certainly don't think that was a major issue. I also like that it is easy to affix to the cable hole in the desk so no clamp is needed.

This product works very well. Completely as advertised. The only problem is the the enclosed instructions are terrible: too small and too cryptic. The poor instructions made the initial assembly job take much longer than it should have and useless for trouble shooting. After initial assembly, the screen tilted forward at a 25 degree angle - a problem mentioned in several bad reviews. The printed instructions offered no solution. I went to Locktek's website and found the same single page of instructions, but the solution to the tilting screen revealed itself when I zoomed in to 225%. Two small set screws under the VESA mounting mechanism controls the tilt. I tightened them slightly and solved the problem.

This arm is sturdy and looks great. If you have the desk space for this arm you should get one. It's build with high quality parts and the strength is just right. I have a 32" wide monitor and this arm holds it up with no problem. I do a lot of video editing and gaming and this new arm allows me to move my monitor everywhere. I love the paint job on it, it looks like a new car and the addition USB/mic/and headphone jacks are a great featurefor anyone that needs it. Great product Loctek.

Very high quality and well made.Exceeded my expectations, really.Do pay attention to the recommended screen weight, as the gas spring is made to work within specific weight limits. If the monitor is too light you won't be able to keep the arm in anything but the highest position.I will probably add a little weight as a ballast. My 27" monitor is a bit too light (my own fault, not the manufacturers).

This monitor stand is very well constructed. Setup was very easy and straight-forward. The monitors I mounted on this stand were the largest supported so there is not as much adjust-ability as I would have hoped for, but the stand works very well and maintains the position of the monitors very well. The cable management system is very nice and hides the power and HDMI cables very well.

I finally gave in and bought a computer arm for my monitor. After doing my research, I decided to try a Loctek computer arm. I am glad that I did. The company provided great customer service. It did not take long to install the computer arm and now I can adjust my computer monitor any way that I want. I will never go back to the standard monitor stand again.

The heavy duty arm is probably the only arm I found that actually holds my proper 30" Dell 3008 WFP, which is about 10lbs to heavy for most of the other arms I've tried.I'm rating this 3 stars because the manufacturer really skimped on one of the key components, the plastic covers that hold the cabling in-place. The upper part is held by a plastic sleeve with small, easily breakable tabs that clip into a few metal holes. I've broken off one of the four in the first day, having only removed it maybe 3 times to re-route some cables. For a single-monitor stand this expensive, they could have used a higher quality plastic, or designed some loops or clips that will hold the cables independently once the plastic fully erodes.

It currently holds my Z35 Predator monitor. My monitor is actually a 35" monitor, obviously. This mount is very durable, easy to setup, and looks very sharp. I had to pick my mount very carefully considering that it's holding an $1100 computer monitor! This is an outstanding product!

Very sturdy. Holds my iMac 27inch retina no problem. Gets it nice and high and I've noticed my back feels better as I'm not looking down at my monitor. I actually have two, and the other one is holding a very heavy 30lbs monitor and it doesn't seem to have any issues with that one either.

Just as good as I expected. I have a 29 inch ultra wide monitor and the gas springs are way stronger than I need, but can easily be cranked down. This should hold any monitor you can imagine I think.

I am a programmer who sits in front of monitors 8+ hours a day. This stand solve my problem of lifting monitors without using bulky phone books. It was easy to install and it holds up two 23'' monitors very well.

Solid build, quality materials, integrated mic/speaker/usb, convenient cable management system and a very flexible ergonomic mount setup. Make sure to know the weight of you monitor and select the size accordingly. The arms joints are amazing and they bend and turn every which way, giving you ultimate control and precise positioning of your monitor. I have my mount setup from the side of the table extending to the middle and I do not notice a dip and the base is securely attached to my table. Great purchase and well worth the price.

I was a little disappointed to find that the screens can't sit up against the wall once you mount them. If you want your monitors to touch each other so there isn't a gap between them then they sit about 12 inches from the base which puts them pretty close to your face. If your desk isn't up against the wall you won't have this problem.

Buy This Now - I was going to pick one with less options because I have duel monitors but could not find what I wanted (the easy height option gas spring) being able to raise and lower the monitor without reaching behind the unit. I'm so glad I have this. This is just what I wanted and I can move the monitors anywhere with little effort. I also have a 27" monitor that weighs 9.2 and it works great. I'm using the grommet mount.
IN SHORT, THIS IS JUST WHAT I WANTED AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO A FRIEND.

Solid, well-built, good mounting options. The passthrough USB connection is a little finicky; was passing usb 3.0 to ethernet through the base, cut my bandwidth to 5% until I jiggle it. Stopped using the passthrough port for data. Also I don't use the audio passthrough cables. Will likely remove all the passthrough cables to clean it up.The cable run-throughs work great, nice & clean.

I love how much you can customize the position of these arms. However, I wouldn't recommend these if you're going portrait (or vertical) with your monitors. The center mount stays at most 4" from the pole. I thought this had full motion as the other 2 arms did, and was disappointed to see it didn't. When I was mounting my 3 vertical monitors, the arms will not bring the 2 side monitors close enough to the center monitor to make it worth buying. The closest I can get it is with a 5" gap between the monitors which ruins the portrait experience. It'd work well if I didnt have my desk against a wall, but sadly I don't have enough room to make it work.

The only thing I regret is not purchasing this sooner! It is a great product that you can use to better organize your two monitors. I have gotten multiple compliments on this and look forward to getting another one for my home. It's very sturdy and should last me a good while.

Absolutely best thing I've purchased in a long time. It saves on desk space and gives my office a sleek, futuristic appearance. It holds my 26" displays with no problem. I've had many problems in the past with adjustable desk arms not staying in place once I'd "adjusted" them. That is not a problem with this item. I highly recommend it. It solved a lot of my problems.
