Congratulations! You found the desired product, and now you’re wondering how it will get from us to you – and if you’ll have to come out of pocket for shipping. Here’s a quick overview of our shipping policies so you can know exactly what to expect.

We offer FREE shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the US for most products. Most of our in-stock orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days. Delivery time within the US is 3-6 days. Shipping times may vary due to COVID-19.

For back-ordered items, kindly check the selections carefully when placing an order, as the shipping time frames are constantly updated in real-time.

Your transit time and carrier may vary. Some products are shipped in separate packages and may have different arrival times.

Please note the following:

  1. Shipping to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes is not available.
  2. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International addresses is currently not available. Kindly call us at +1 (855) 585-5618.

*Please note that during national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping and customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we have no control over, chances of your delivery getting delayed are high. We will appreciate your patience during those times.

 

Shipping Address Modification

Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, after 12 p.m. PST each day, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

 

Tracking Your Order

You should receive an email with your shipment notification and tracking information shortly after you place your order. Orders can be tracked at https://www.fedex.com. If you have any shipping concerns, please call us at +1 (855) 585-5618 for assistance.

 

Note:

Our Free Delivery does not require a signature, and your order will be left on your doorstep. Kindly ensure to check your order's tracking number. It will include the expected delivery date as a guarantee of the receipt of your item.
FedEx and UPS do not honor claims of lost packages if delivered to the correct address. Pricedepot will not be liable for such claims.

PriceDepot will be closed the following days in 2021. No orders will ship these days, but you can still order through the website as usual.
